I consult directly with independent retailers to grow their business. I mentor retail business owners to improve standards, processes, and sales. Through a retail audit, I identify operating obstacles and implement solutions and processes to future proof the business.

After the call you will receive detailed notes and action points. 1-2 weeks later you will receive a follow up call to ensure that you stay on track to improve your business.

The mini business review starts with a visit to your store, followed up by a summary report and action points.
After that, we will catch up via monthly Zoom calls, followed up by detailed notes and action points.
Additional check-ins by phone, will ensure that you stay on track to improve your business.

I will answer your questions, give you feedback and put plans and strategies in place.
The Deep Dive business review starts with a visit to your store, followed up by a summary report and action points.
Once a month, we have a Zoom call, followed up by detailed notes and action points.
Additional check-ins by phone will ensure that you stay on track and keep the momentum going.
A further store visit with staff training will finish off your business review to grow and develop your business.
